It's that time again.

2025 Annual Neighborhood Board Meeting!

Sunday, March 9

3:00 p.m.

8836 Gruenwald Lane

Snacks and Soft drinks provided.

Items to be covered:

A review of 2024 highlights.

Finances and dues.

Volunteers for front entrance landscaping, trash pickup, social committee and winter decorating.

Ideas for other possible neighborhood events/neighbor involvement.

Election of new Vice President & Social Committee Lead.

We hope to see you all there.

Parking is limited.  Walking is encouraged.

Meeting will be outside.

In case of inclement weather, Board members will redirect to a new location the day of.

Please stay vigilant!

There has been an increased number of car thefts/break-ins in the area.

Please stay vigilant and keep your cars locked, no valuables left visible.

Thefts tend to occur between 2-6am.

Most have been Kia or Hyundai.

Car Break-ins & Attempted Break-ins are for all car types.

~~Keep cars locked, and if possible, in the garage.

Sensor lights on your homes also help to deter these acts.~~

Should you see anyone suspicious lurking around, hiding in bushes, etc., please call the police ASAP and note their location.  Any further information on these instances will be helpful to capture the perpetrators.
